I am from Florida and live in New York. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with degrees in English, French, and Spanish. I then did a Fulbright in France before entering Yale's doctoral program in French on a Beinecke-Giamatti fellowship. I got my M.A. and then got a J.D. at Yale Law School. I occasionally write fiction, poetry, and essays. That work has been in The Paris Review Daily, Heavy Traffic, Bookforum, The Point, The Los Angeles Review of Books, The Times of London, The New Statesman, and elsewhere. My academic writing has been in Arbitration International, Bright Lights Film Journal, and Intersect: The Stanford Journal of Science, Technology, and Society. I also help edit a small literary zine called The End, which you can find out more about here or here or here.
